▣   Job Description

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to support the analysis, design and detailing of residential RCC and steel structures, with a practical understanding of structural safety, drawings and project coordination.

☷   Responsibilities

  • Assist in the structural design of residential RCC and steel structures
  • Prepare and review structural drawings and details in AutoCAD
  • Perform basic structural calculations and manual checks
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers and project teams
  • Support site visits, inspections and resolution of technical queries
  • Participate in design reviews and project coordination

♟   Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic structural design concepts
  • Understanding of RCC, steel structures and relevant IS codes
  • Knowledge of STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE or similar software is an advantage
  • Good technical communication and willingness to learn
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply

  • Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
  • Research trends, competitors and home-design content ideas
  • Support reels, captions, hashtags and campaign planning
  • Track basic engagement and content performance
  • Coordinate with the design and media team on campaigns

  • Create social media posts, carousels, banners and promotional creatives
  • Design layouts for house plans and residential design content
  • Maintain consistent NakshaWala branding across creatives
  • Support presentation and marketing material design
  • Work with the social media team on campaign visuals

  • Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools
  • Good understanding of typography, spacing and visual hierarchy
  • Creative approach with attention to detail
  • A portfolio or sample work is preferred

We are looking for a 3D Designer Intern to support residential front elevations, exterior concepts and presentation visuals for NakshaWala projects.

☷  Responsibilities

  • Assist with 3D modelling of residential exteriors and interiors
  • Develop front elevation and façade concepts
  • Prepare renders and presentation views for clients
  • Make revisions based on project requirements and feedback
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers and designers

♟  Requirements

  • Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of residential architecture and proportions
  • Good visualisation skills and attention to detail
  • Portfolio or sample 3D work is preferred
  • Freshers and students with relevant skills can apply
