Clear pricing for our ready residential house-plan options. Custom requirements are quoted separately after reviewing the plot and scope.
What the listed price means
The prices above apply to the corresponding ready house-plan option shown on the NakshaWala website. Any additional customisation, extra drawings, revisions beyond the included scope, structural certification, local approval work or construction services are discussed separately where applicable.
Online payment
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. An order is considered confirmed after successful payment verification. NakshaWala does not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
Digital delivery
These are digital design deliverables. No physical product is shipped. After payment verification, delivery is made through the contact method agreed for the order, such as email or WhatsApp. See our Delivery Policy for details.
