Terms applicable to NakshaWala website use, design services and digital plan purchases.
Services
House plans, elevations, design and construction support are provided according to the scope agreed with the customer. Local approvals, structural certification and statutory requirements may require separately qualified professionals.
Digital plans
A purchased plan is supplied for the customer and intended project scope stated at purchase. Customers should confirm dimensions, local requirements and professional approvals before construction.
Payments
Prices shown on the website are for the listed plan and scope. Payment is processed through Razorpay. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment verification.
Intellectual property
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, NakshaWala designs and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchased plans are not for unauthorised resale or redistribution.
