Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please review this policy before purchasing a digital house plan.
Digital plan purchases
Because house plans are digital products and work may begin immediately after payment, cancellation or refund eligibility depends on whether the plan or requested work has already been delivered or materially prepared.
Before work begins
If a customer requests cancellation before work or delivery has started, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request and confirm whether a refund is applicable.
After delivery or work begins
Once a digital plan has been delivered or customised work has started, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law or where NakshaWala confirms an exception after review.
Payment failures or duplicate payments
If a payment fails but your bank shows a debit, or if you are charged more than once for the same order, contact us with the transaction details. We will investigate and coordinate the appropriate resolution.
