Digital delivery

There is no physical shipping for digital house plans. After payment verification, the purchased digital deliverable is supplied through the contact method agreed for the order, such as email or WhatsApp.

Delivery timing

Ready plans and customised plans may have different delivery timelines. The expected timing and scope are confirmed for the selected plan or requirement. Revisions, if included, are handled according to the agreed scope.

Incorrect contact details

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and phone number. If delivery fails because the supplied details are incorrect, contact us and we will assist after verification.
